Editorial policy
Grand Culture Guide aims to publish accurate, clear and independent editorial work. We explain what a piece can establish, distinguish fact from interpretation, and make meaningful corrections visible.
Accuracy and context
We check names, dates, quotations and other factual details against reliable material appropriate to the subject. When a claim is uncertain or interpretations differ, we say so rather than presenting a single view as settled. We avoid treating one person, community or example as representative of an entire culture.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial arrangement. A partner does not determine our conclusions, and a paid relationship does not guarantee favourable coverage. We do not present promotional material as independent editorial work.
Corrections
If a published detail is wrong or materially unclear, readers can contact us with the relevant passage and, where possible, supporting context. We review correction requests and amend substantive errors; significant changes are identified so readers can understand what changed.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, sponsored or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Illustrations may be AI-generated; when they are, they are labelled as such and are not presented as documentary evidence.
